These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of EverySatcoProduct.com ("Every Satco Product", "we", "us"), a division of Lightbulb Wholesaler Inc., 2330 W Joppa Rd, Timonium, MD 21093, United States. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, and we will contact you before doing so. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item shipped.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill. Order minimums are based on the products in your cart; most orders must total at least $250 to qualify for shipping, and the applicable minimum is shown in your cart before checkout.
Availability and Substitutions
Most orders ship within 2 business days. If an item is backordered or discontinued, Customer Service will contact you with an expected fulfillment date or offer a comparable substitute.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We do not store credit card information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Product Use and Warranty
Products should be installed and used according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable electrical codes; we recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by the manufacturer. Except as stated in these terms or required by law, products are sold without additional warranties from us.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including installation or labor costs.

Content on this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
