HID Replacements

LED HID replacement lamps (often called corn lamps) screw into fixtures built for metal halide, high pressure sodium or mercury vapor lamps, so you can upgrade parking lot lights, high bays and wall packs without replacing the fixture. This page has more than 170 of them, about two-thirds from Keystone and the rest from Satco, from 12W to 450W on E26 medium, E39 mogul and EX39 bases. Many have selectable wattage and color temperature (2200K-5000K). Most are Type B (ballast bypass), meaning the HID ballast is removed and the socket wired to line voltage. Check the lamp length against the fixture's housing and whether the fixture is enclosed, because some high-wattage models need open fixtures to stay cool.
